BloomBook Solutions handles the financial recordkeeping side of your business: categorizing transactions, reconciling your bank and credit card accounts, closing your books each month, and delivering clear financial reports so you always know where you stand. What we don’t do is file taxes. We work alongside your CPA or tax preparer and hand them clean, accurate books — which makes their job easier and usually saves you money on their time.
The plans are sized by transaction volume and number of accounts. Foundation is built for businesses running up to 100 transactions per month across up to 2 accounts. Expansion covers 101–300 transactions and up to 4 accounts. Signature handles 301–500 transactions and up to 6 accounts, and adds strategic reporting and two monthly strategy calls. Yes, and you’re not alone. Catch-up bookkeeping is one of the most common things we help with. We’ll scope the catch-up work separately as a fixed-fee project, get your books current, and then roll you into your regular monthly plan. You don’t have to have everything organized before reaching out.
No long-term contracts. BloomBook Solutions uses a monthly subscription model — you sign a straightforward Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work that outlines the scope and terms, but there’s no multi-year lock-in.
Each month, you submit your bank statements, credit card statements, and any other relevant records by the 5th. We close your books and deliver your financial reports by the 15th. If we have questions along the way, we’ll reach out — but the goal is to make this as hands-off as possible for you.
Xero is our primary platform for all clients. For Foundation-tier clients who prefer a lower-cost option, Wave is available. If you’re currently using QuickBooks or another platform, we can discuss what a migration to Xero would look like — we’ll scope that separately and walk you through it.
We connect to your accounts through read-only access — meaning we can see your transactions but cannot move or access your funds. For Xero clients, this is done through Xero’s bank feed feature using bank-level encryption. You’re always in control of your accounts.
Our pricing reflects the expertise and level of service we deliver, and we don’t discount as a standard practice. What we do is make sure you’re matched to the right tier — so you’re not paying for capacity you don’t need. If your volume or complexity sits between tiers, we’ll talk through the right fit on the discovery call.
Yes. BloomBook Solutions works with small business owners across the United States. Everything is handled remotely — calls via Microsoft Teams, documents via secure digital channels — so location isn’t a factor.
